Workshop – Chantilly Whipped Cream

Have you always wanted to learn how to whip the legendary Chantilly whipped cream? Now you can, thanks to the Chantilly cream workshop, in the very place where this emblematic sweet was born.

The Confrérie des Chevaliers Fouetteurs de Crème Chantilly, is passionate about preserving this unique savoir-faire, and invites you to participate in a workshop to learn how to make this emblematic culinary specialty.

Created to promote and pass on the gastronomic heritage of the Château de Chantilly, the Confrérie will reveal all the secrets of authentic cream, made only from whole fresh cream, with no added sugar or artificial flavoring, and assembled by hand in the traditional way.

The Crème Chantilly workshop includes:

• A demonstration with commentary by members of the Confrérie
• A hands-on guide to whipping your own cream
• A gourmet tasting session to savour the fruits of your labour

And depending on the season, you’ll have the opportunity to discover original and tasty variations of Chantilly cream:

• With chestnut cream in autumn
• With sweet spices or gingerbread in winter
• With flowers (rose, orange blossom, etc.) in spring
• With red fruit in summer (strawberry, raspberry, etc.)

Each workshop is an invitation to reconnect with tradition, through a fun, sensory experience full of gourmet delights.
